The person sending this form warrants that he/she has authority to make this offer. THIS OFFER IS CONSIDERED FIRM AND LEGALLY BINDING UPON APPROVAL BY ARTIST’S MANAGEMENT. IT IS ALSO UNDERSTOOD THAT A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
IMPORTANT: Once you submit an offer you are under contractual obligation if the Artist accepts, even if contracts have not yet been issued. By submitting this form you agree to these terms. A binder deposit is required for new clients prior to offer processing. Absolutely NO advertising (even by word of mouth) is to take place before an engagement contract has been returned by the promoter in signed condition together with the bank wire receipt of artist deposit. If the Promoter in any way fails to honor their offer by not returning the engagement agreement in signed condition, breach of other agreement terms or failure to forward remaining deposit balance upon offer acceptance the full binder fee will be retained by Agent as liquidated damages.
